  16.       to generate a version that will work with the dictionary from the
  17.       ftp site, ox.ac.uk (129.67.1.165).  we wud like to have included the 
  18.       dictionary from this site but it is for private use only.  the
  19.       ota/info file (44038 bytes) is very useful as is the 
  20.       ota/dicts/710/text710.doc file (50727 bytes).  the dictionary itself,
  21.       ota/dicts/710/text710.dat is 9113334 bytes.
